We offer self-catering accommodation featuring two comfortable double bedrooms, making it an ideal choice for groups of up to four adults.

What amenities are provided at IndieHaus?

We've kitted IndieHaus out with everything you could possibly need for a stress-free stay. Our amenities include fast Wi-Fi, modern Smart TV, Nespresso machine, outside terrace, microwave, Gas oven and stove, kitchen facilities, shower, linens and towels.

Is parking available at the property?

There's currently no private parking available at the property, although you will find free on-street parking nearby. All surrounding streets offer free residential parking, including Scotgate, Casterton Road and Empingham Road.

Alternatively, there is a SKDC town car park on Scotgate, which requires a ticket, but you can park here 24hrs a day, and it's only 2 minutes from the property.

Is the apartment pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, our property is not suitable for pets at this time. However, there are a number of Stamford holiday cottages and hotels in the area that do allow pets. We suggest searching for places to stay in Stamford on AirBnB or Booking.com, where you can select pets as a requirement.

What is the cancellation policy for bookings?

We require full payment at the time of booking. You will receive a full refund should you cancel 60 days or more from the booking date.

Is there a minimum stay requirement for bookings?

We don't currently have a minimum stay requirement, although this is subject to change.

What is the average price per night?

Our prices vary depending on the day, week, and time of the year. You can expect to pay £155 per night during the week and £200-225 per night at the weekend.

Is your property located in Stamford town centre?

Our property is located just 500 meters from Stamford high street and less than a mile from Burghley House. IndieHaus is one of the most central places to stay in Stamford, making it a convenient location to explore this historic town.

Are there any local restaurants or coffee shops near the property?

Is your property wheelchair accessible?

Unfortunately, our property is not currently wheelchair accessible due to the outside steps and internal step in the hallway.

Is your property located near any public transport links?

Yes, our holiday home is conveniently located near several public transport links, including Stamford bus station (5 minute walk) and Stamford railway station (10 minute walk).

Are there any local shops or supermarkets near the property?

Yes, we are located directly behind Waitrose, making it easy for guests to stock up on essentials - and treats!

Is your property suitable for business travellers?

Yes, our property is well-suited for business travellers, with amenities such as high-speed internet access and a dining table for short work stints.

What are the best places to visit near Stamford?

Stamford is a fantastic central location for short weekend breaks, holidays and business stopovers. Located on the A1, it's the perfect hub to explore all that the area has to offer.

Along with venues such as Burghley House, Stamford is also just a short drive from Rutland Water, Belton House, Belvoir Castle, Peterborough Cathedral, Oakam, Tallington Lakes and many more places to keep you busy.
